Internal Grants Competition

The National Center for Marriage Research (NCMR) seeks to fund two or three proposals ($5,000-10,000 per award) to support innovative research projects that are consistent with the Center’s research themes. The BGSU Small Grants Competition is designed to encourage research by BGSU faculty that involves collaborations with either (1) junior faculty, postdoctoral fellows, or advanced graduate students; (2) marriage or family scholars at other institutions; or (3) practitioners or policymakers. These projects are to result in a journal-quality NCMR working paper and a research presentation at a NCMR seminar by the end of the one year grant period.
